These terms apply to the Rosi website, Rosi for Mac, and the invite-only Rosi Hosted Beta. They explain billing, fair usage, important product limits, and what we expect from each other.

Rosi for Mac free trial

  • Eligible users may start one card-free Rosi for Mac trial per email address. The trial lasts exactly 168 hours from the moment you confirm your email and explicitly start it.
  • Requesting the email does not start the trial. Verification links expire after 30 minutes and do not start the trial merely by being opened.
  • When the trial ends, Rosi access and trial service credentials are deactivated. Rosi data stored locally on your Mac is not automatically deleted.
  • A subscription is not created automatically. To continue, purchase the monthly Mac subscription with the same email and sign in again after activation.
  • We may refuse or end a trial for abuse, safety, service protection, prior trial use, or an existing higher-priority account state.

Subscriptions and access

  • Rosi for Mac is EUR 59 per month. Rosi Hosted Beta is EUR 99 per month and invite-only. Displayed consumer prices include VAT.
  • Existing Founder Beta subscriptions remain EUR 39 per month while the subscription stays active. Hosted Rosi is separate.
  • Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues through the paid period.
  • Your access is personal to you. Do not share it, resell it, or make it available as a multi-user service unless we explicitly agree.

Fair and allowed use

  • Use Rosi only for lawful purposes and only with content, files, accounts, and permissions you have the right to use.
  • Do not use Rosi to spam, harass, impersonate, scrape private systems, bypass limits, probe security, run continuous bulk workloads, or use it as an API for another product.
  • Your subscription includes a monthly usage allowance. If it is exhausted, Rosi may pause usage until the allowance resets; there are no automatic overage charges.
  • Do not rely on Rosi for emergency use, safety-critical actions, or medical, legal, financial, employment, or other professional advice.

Third-party services

  • Rosi depends on third-party services such as Telegram, AI and search providers, email delivery, hosted infrastructure, payment processing, and optional connected services.
  • Your use of those services is also subject to their terms, availability, and policies.
  • You are responsible for your connected accounts, permissions, and any third-party charges they create.

Reliability and availability

  • Outputs may be wrong, automations may misfire, integrations may fail, and services can become unavailable. Review important work before relying on it.
  • Rosi is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of uptime, accuracy, fitness, or merchantability to the extent permitted by law.
  • We may pause access for safety, misuse, non-payment, or service protection. Hosted Beta access may also be limited by cohort capacity.
By starting a trial, subscribing to, or using Rosi, you accept these terms and the Privacy summary. Hosted Rosi remains a beta service and may change as the first cohort grows.
